myAIbot supports 95 different languages. Even if the information learned is in Japanese or English, if a question is asked in French or Chinese, it will automatically respond in the asked language. This allows smooth communication in global business.

What is the pricing structure of myAIbot?

myAIbot operates on a monthly subscription basis, priced at CAD $80 + GST per month in Canada (no GST for clients abroad). The initial setup fee is CAD $500. The cost for the initial setup, including training, varies depending on the number of websites and the volume of text data to be learned.

Is there a free trial period?

Yes, myAIbot offers a one-week free trial period.

What payment methods are available?

Payment methods are typically credit card or PayPal, but bank transfers may also be available. If you’d prefer to send money to a domestic Japanese bank, please inquire individually.

What is included in the price?

The monthly fee includes basic use of myAIbot. Every month, 1,000 credits are provided, and any unused credits cannot be rolled over to the next month. Responses based on GPT-4o mini consume 1 credit each, while GPT-4o consumes 3 credits and GPT-4 consumes 7 credits per response.

Can unused credits be rolled over?

Unfortunately, unused credits cannot be rolled over. Each month, 1,000 new credits are provided.

What happens if I exceed the 1,000 credits allocated each month?

If the monthly 1,000 credits are used up, an additional 1,000 credits will automatically be added for CAD$10. If you’d like to stop at 1,000 credits, please let us know, and we’ll configure it accordingly. However, if the credits are exceeded, the bot itself will cease to function.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will apply. For cancellations during the contract period, please notify us by email by the 20th of the previous month.

Yes, myAIbot offers customer service in both Japanese and English.

Can you accommodate clients from outside of Canada?

Yes, we have already been doing business with companies and organizations from the United States and Japan for many years.
